Design & Pattern Making

Every bra first undergoes a detailed design process. The model is drawn taking into account fashion trends, body anatomy, and comfort criteria. Then, molds are meticulously prepared and tested for production. This stage guarantees both the elegance and comfort of the product.

Cutting

The selected fabrics, foam, and support materials are carefully cut to size. The cutting process is critical in terms of both precision and production efficiency. Each piece is prepared ready for use in subsequent production stages, ensuring that the product’s form and appearance are perfectly preserved.

CNC

As the only lid manufacturer in Turkey with a CNC machine, we can design and produce our own molds. This allows us to quickly prepare molds for all models requested by our customers with high precision and transfer them to production.

Quality Control

The containers produced are meticulously examined during the quality control process; their compliance with the specified standards in terms of measurement, form, and durability is carefully monitored. Products confirmed to be flawless are carefully packaged and prepared for delivery to our customers.

Packaging & Shipping

Products that pass quality control are carefully packaged. Packaging ensures both the protection of the product and an aesthetically pleasing presentation. Finally, orders are safely delivered to the warehouse or to the customer.
